Graduated in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Bologna in 2003. In 2009 I completed a Clinical PhD in Small Animal Surgery. I then received a post-doctoral Grant (orthopedics) that permitted me to continue developing my surgical skills working. In 2012 I was involved as a clinical training scholar at the University College Dublin (Ireland). Member of AOVI (Association of Italian Orthopedic Veterinary Surgeons). Member of IVORE (Italian Group of Veterinary Research). I am authors and co-authors of scientific papers published in peer-reviewed journals and speaker in Italian and international meetings. Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Small Animal Surgery at the University of Teramo. Head of the Small Animals Surgery Unit.
Since August 2022 Associate Professor in Veterinary Surgery at the University of Teramo.
Main interest: small animal surgery, joint disease, arthroscopy, fracture repair, hip replacement.
