Irene Melegari graduated in Veterinary Medicine, mark 110/110, at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Bologna in 2010, presenting the thesis “Study on the coinfections of Canine and Feline Parvovirus”. In 2016 she received the PhD diploma in “Epidemiology and Advanced Diagnostics in Comparative Pathology” at the University of Teramo. Since 2017 she has a post-doctoral research fellowship on “The control of gastroenteric infections in human-animal interface”.
